The national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Del Amo Psychiatry in Torrance, CA is an emergency psychiatric unit. If you or a loved one is feeling suicidal or having a psychiatric episode you can call 911 or drive to the Del Amo emergency psych unit. They will evaluate you or your loved one on the spot.
Harbor UCLA (Psychiatric Unit)
Harbor UCLA Psychiatry in Torrance, CA is an emergency psychiatric unit. If you or a loved one is feeling suicidal or having a psychiatric episode you can call 911 or drive to the Harbor UCLA emergency psych unit. They will evaluate you or your loved one on the spot.

The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Youth Talkline provides telephone, online private one-to-one chat and email peer-support, as well as factual information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States. The services are free and confidential and provided to teens and young adults up to age 25.

ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS® is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. AA is a 12-Step based program.
Narcotics Anonymous can help you find the freedom to live your life without the use of drugs. Narcotics Anonymous is a fellowship or society of men and women for whom Drugs had become a major problem. NA is a 12-Step based program.
Ala-Non-Support for family, friends, partners of an Alcoholic or Addict
The Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope, in order to solve their common problems. They believe alcoholism is a family illness, and that changed attitudes can aid recovery.
The 1736 Family Crisis Center helps community members in need of assistance. Men, women, children, and families can access life-saving support 24 hours a day through five shelters, five community service centers, various community-based offices, and co-locations and five crisis and suicide hotlines.
Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach offers free programs for cancer patients, their families and loved-ones. Their psychological support and educational programs are designed to address the loss of control, hopelessness and social isolation that cancer patients and their families often experience.
