I offer a bespoke approach to therapy, creating support that is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Every person’s journey is different, and my work is designed to honor where you are now while helping you move toward greater balance, clarity, and resilience. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing stress or anxiety, or simply looking for more ease and connection in your life, the services I provide are shaped around what matters most to you.
Do you feel like you’re always “on,” constantly pushing yourself to meet expectations, your own and everyone else’s? Do you overcommit, overthink, and over-deliver, yet still feel exhausted or like it’s never enough?
High-performing, over-functioning individuals often carry heavy loads, juggling responsibilities while rarely allowing themselves to slow down or ask for support.
You might notice yourself feeling pressure to be perfect, taking on more than is yours to carry, or achieving a lot but rarely feeling satisfied. Even small setbacks can feel amplified, and it’s easy to lose touch with what you truly need or want.
At the same time, your drive, focus, and reliability are strengths that have carried you far. Learning to honor those qualities while creating space for rest, clarity, and balance can shift how you experience life—helping you feel grounded, seen, and more at ease in your daily rhythm.
Anxiety can show up as constant worry (generalized anxiety), fear of social situations (social anxiety), sudden waves of panic (panic attacks), or high-functioning anxiety where you appear calm and capable but feel pressure and self-doubt inside. It can also live in the body as tight shoulders, shallow breathing, stomach issues, headaches, or trouble sleeping. For some, it feels like irritability. For others, it feels like overthinking, perfectionism, or never being able to fully relax.
Often, anxiety is a sign that your nervous system has been working overtime for a long time. When the body stays in “fight, flight, or freeze,” even safe moments can feel tense or uncertain. Holistic anxiety therapy looks at the full picture—your past experiences, daily stress load, relationships, sleep, and the patterns your nervous system has learned over time. From a holistic lens, anxiety is not just a mental problem to fix, but a signal from the whole system asking for care and balance. When we gently support the body and mind together, the nervous system can begin to settle. With the right guidance, anxiety can shift from something that controls you to something you understand and manage with steadiness and self-trust.
Life transitions are natural moments of growth and opportunity, even when they bring uncertainty. Whether it’s starting a new career, retiring from a long-held job, navigating a major relationship change, or facing a health challenge, these shifts can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Many of us spend years prioritizing the needs of others or focusing on routines, and then reach a point where we can finally explore what matters most to us. Life transitions invite self-reflection, resilience, and the chance to reconnect with your values, helping you redefine balance, fulfillment, and purpose in this next chapter. Holistic life transition therapy supports you in navigating these changes with clarity, confidence, and a sense of steadiness, helping you move forward while honoring your mind, body, and spirit.
Trauma can show up in many ways, and it’s not always one dramatic event. Often, it’s the smaller, repeated stresses—Little t trauma—like criticism, neglect, or emotional hurt that build up over time. Other times, it’s a single overwhelming experience—Big T trauma—like an accident, assault, or sudden loss. Both can leave lasting effects on your mind, emotions, and body, showing up as anxiety, flashbacks, sleep troubles, or difficulty feeling safe and connected.
Everyone experiences trauma differently, and the ways it impacts your life can feel confusing or isolating. You deserve to feel seen, understood, and supported as you begin to navigate your healing.
Have you ever felt like the world is louder, brighter, or more intense than it seems to be for everyone else? Do emotions, stress, or even small changes feel bigger or heavier than they do for the people around you? You might be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)—someone whose nervous system takes in and processes experiences more deeply. Many people don’t even know there’s a name for it until they start to understand themselves more fully.
Highly sensitive people often notice details that others miss, feel emotions intensely, and can be deeply affected by the moods or energy around them. You might feel drained after social events, overthink interactions, take criticism personally, or find it hard to set boundaries. Even everyday stressors—noise, busy schedules, or unexpected changes—can feel overwhelming or exhausting.
At the same time, being highly sensitive comes with unique gifts: empathy, insight, creativity, and a rich ability to connect with the world around you. Understanding and honoring your sensitivity while learning ways to manage overwhelm can transform how you experience life. If this resonates with you, I can help you feel seen, understood, and supported, guiding you toward thriving as a highly sensitive person in a world that sometimes feels too loud or intense.

The areas above represent my main areas of focus and interest, but I’ve also worked with many other challenges. Life doesn’t always follow a clear path, and people come for support with all kinds of experiences—big or small, sudden or ongoing, easy to name or harder to define. Some arrive feeling stuck in a transition, facing uncertainty, or trying to make sense of emotions that don’t have an obvious cause. Others come with challenges that may touch relationships, self-understanding, or managing the demands of everyday life. Each person’s experience is unique, and I offer a space to explore what’s going on, to be truly heard, and to begin finding clarity, balance, and a sense of ease in ways that feel meaningful to you..
The timeline for therapy varies for each individual. Some people may see progress after a few sessions, while others may need longer. It all depends on the intensity of your symptoms, your personal goals, and your level of commitment to the therapy process. What's important to remember is that therapy is not a destination- it is a journey.
One that is not linear and may have ups and downs. Therapy focused on addressing a specific ongoing issue may take a shorter amount of time, 12-18 sessions. Whereas therapy focused on personal growth, self-discovery, and healing from past traumas may take longer. Your healing journey is unique and it's important to honor your own pace.
The first session is an opportunity for us to connect and determine if we're a good match. Individual therapy can be anxiety-provoking. Especially if it's your first time seeking therapy or if you've had negative experiences in the past. You're meeting a stranger and sharing intimate details of your life with them. However, after a few sessions, you may feel entirely different about working together. Understandably, it may take a few sessions to establish rapport and begin feeling comfortable. That's why I encourage you to give our therapeutic relationship some time before deciding if we're a good fit.
Together, we'll explore your motivations for seeking therapy, evaluate your current circumstances, and collaboratively design an initial treatment plan. This session will also create a safe space for you to voice any inquiries or apprehensions you may have. We will start by addressing any concerns you might have regarding confidentiality, ensuring that you feel secure to openly share. I strive to foster an atmosphere where you feel heard, respected, and valued. I intend to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with you. You are the expert on your life, experiences, and emotions.
